Key Account Manager – Leisure & Foodservice (NSW)

About the role

The Key Account Manager – NSW Leisure & Foodservice will own a portfolio of state‑based customers, driving sustainable sales and profit growth across New South Wales. Reporting to the National Business Manager, Leisure & Vending, you will combine account management with proactive business development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for the NSW leisure and foodservice channel.
• Build and maintain Joint Business Plans with key accounts.
• Negotiate trading terms and commercial agreements that deliver win‑win outcomes.
• Manage forecasts, trade spend and contribute to the Integrated Business Planning process.
• Deliver revenue, volume, profit and market‑share targets.
• Lead state‑level execution of national promotional programmes.
• Collaborate with regional managers and field teams to maximise in‑market execution.

Required profile

• Experience in Key Account Management, Account Management or Business Development within FMCG, foodservice, grocery, wholesale, beverage or related industries.
• Strong commercial acumen, financial literacy and ability to manage forecasts and profitability.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing and analytical skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work autonomously while collaborating across diverse teams.
