Key Account Manager

About the role

SilverChef, a global finance business serving hospitality businesses, is looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to join its Sales team in Victoria. The role leads and grows key partner accounts, driving consistent sales performance through relationship management, strengthening partner capability and strategic account development. It works closely with Business Development Managers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Grow key partner accounts using effective sales, marketing and training strategies
• Take over and manage partner accounts transitioned from Business Development Managers
• Analyse sales performance data so account plans deliver results
• Prepare credit submission documentation and recommend mitigations
• Build strong relationships with Operations, Credit, Customer Service, Marketing and the wider sales team
• Share insights, strategies and performance updates with sales peers

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B sales account management or business development experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, growing key accounts and applying effective sales and marketing strategies
• Current driver's licence and own vehicle
• Strong relationship builder who works well with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent, adaptable communicator able to coach, influence and build capability with customers and partners
• Confident, resilient, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
