Key Account Manager – Industrial & Energy Sectors

About the role

Delta Electronics is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join its Western Australian team in Perth. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of strategic customers across mining, energy, utilities, infrastructure and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts across Western Australia.
• Develop and execute account plans that align with customer business objectives and growth strategies.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, expand account penetration and improve customer value.
• Maintain accurate account plans, opportunity pipelines and customer engagement records.
• Deliver regular account reviews, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Drive growth through cross‑selling and upselling Delta’s solutions and services.
• Build strong relationships with operational, engineering, maintenance, procurement and project stakeholders.
• Lead customer meetings, site visits, business reviews and planning discussions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management within mining, energy, utilities, infrastructure or industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to develop trusted advisor relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across Western Australia to meet customers on site.

Required skills

• Understanding of industrial automation, power quality and renewable energy solutions.
• Ability to analyse customer operations, priorities and investment plans.
