Key Account Manager – FMCG & Retail

About the role

As a Key Account Manager for ZURU Edge, you will own and grow relationships with the world’s largest retailers, turning shelf space into market share for fast‑moving consumer goods. You will move between buyer negotiations and deep category analysis, translating insights into commercial wins.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Develop and execute customer‑specific strategies that align with ZURU Edge’s business goals.
• Own sales targets, monitor performance, and drive growth through data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement category strategies and ensure optimal shelf placement.
• Analyse market trends and sales data to identify opportunities and create action plans.

Required profile

• Proven track record in account management and negotiation within FMCG or retail environments.
• Strong understanding of the 4P marketing framework and ability to apply it strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Financial acumen with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
