Key Account Manager, Catering & Foodservice

About the role

Red Bull Australia is looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) based in Sydney to win new distribution and drive brand activation and sales volume in the Catering and Foodservice segments. The role ensures the Red Bull brand is executed and activated in a premium way, through internal and external collaboration, and aims to normalise Red Bull consumption with food at work, study and social occasions.

Key responsibilities

• Win new distribution in leading catering and foodservice groups by deploying a hunting list system, diagnosing mutual value propositions and building value-based sell stories
• Manage and overcome objections while influencing multiple key stakeholders and decision makers, and negotiate target sales volume and financial outcomes
• Deliver outlet execution against Red Bull measures, in-store and online, and create customer launch programs and joint business plans
• Activate Red Bull at the point of decision, include it in meal combos, deploy occasion-based messaging and place point-of-sale materials strategically
• Run promotional programs including limited-time offers and bring consumer promotions to life across catering and foodservice customers
• Integrate customers into Red Bull-owned events, develop tailored promotional initiatives and foster partnerships across Red Bull teams and with customers
• Contribute to Red Bull's annual business planning process

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years' experience in an Account Manager role
• Proven success managing and growing partnerships with major catering and foodservice customers from the supplier side
• Strong understanding of the catering and foodservice landscape and its key customer groups
• Qualified to work in Australia
