Key Account Manager – Amazon & Online

About the role

The Key Account Manager, Amazon & Online, will own day‑to‑day management and commercial development of key e‑commerce accounts in Australia, focusing on Amazon and other pure‑play retailers. Working closely with the Online Director and cross‑functional teams, you will drive sales, improve performance and uncover growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Amazon and other online accounts, developing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Maintain product listings, content and assortment using CMS and ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy.
• Plan and execute Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) including budgeting, keyword targeting and bid optimisation.
• Oversee Amazon fulfilment (FBA, Dropship), coordinating with supply‑chain to maintain inventory and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends and KPIs, providing analysis and recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years in e‑commerce, key account management or online sales.
• Hands‑on experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset, able to interpret sales, advertising data and KPIs such as ROAS and ACOS.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, comfortable working independently and with cross‑functional teams.
