Junior Product Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Product Marketing Manager to help grow Hefty.gg by attracting new users and increasing subscriptions. This hands‑on role focuses on community engagement, paid advertising and partnership development, starting with a 3–4 month contract and the potential to become permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Community Manager to promote Hefty.gg organically across forums, Reddit, Facebook groups and Discord channels.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Reddit and other platforms, handling budgets, targeting, creative testing and optimisation.
• Identify and approach relevant influencers and creators for partnerships and cross‑promotion.
• Develop sponsorships, giveaways and promotional campaigns to grow users and subscriptions.
• Create and coordinate marketing content for LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube and other social channels.
• Track campaign results, advertising spend, user acquisition costs and subscription conversions, using data to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the product team to understand Hefty.gg features and communicate their value to potential users.

Required profile

• Practical experience in digital marketing, community engagement and paid social advertising.
• Familiarity with Reddit, Discord, Facebook groups and online gaming communities.
• Experience managing go‑to‑market strategies, advertising budgets and measuring campaign performance.
• Confidence in reaching out to influencers, negotiating partnerships and coordinating promotions.
• Strong copywriting ability and the capacity to adapt messaging for different platforms.
• Creative, organised and independent approach with a clear focus on user growth.
• Interest in gaming and understanding of gaming audiences.
