Junior Legal Consultant – Technology

About the role

Pinsent Masons Vario is expanding its legal hub and seeks a junior technology lawyer to join a three‑month assignment. You will work on high‑quality technology and commercial agreements for top‑tier clients, gaining exposure to fast‑moving sectors such as technology, entertainment and sport.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate software licensing and development agreements.
• Prepare technology procurement, vendor contracts and data‑processing/sharing agreements.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and client teams to deliver tailored legal solutions.
• Provide proactive legal support throughout the contract period.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with a strong academic record.
• 5‑10 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in‑house or at a law firm.
• Previous exposure to technology, entertainment or sports industries.
• Flexible, communicative, adaptable and eager to build trusted client relationships.

• Ability to draft, review and negotiate a range of technology and commercial agreements.
