Junior Designer - Brand & Packaging

About the role

We are a strategic design agency seeking a Junior Designer to focus primarily on packaging design, while also contributing to brand and digital projects. This role offers hands‑on experience across strategic brand work, packaging, range extensions, POS roll‑outs, activations and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Creative Director on project progress and workflow.
• Gather and confirm brief details with stakeholders to ensure accurate delivery.
• Approach design strategically with the end consumer in mind, from concept through to roll‑out.
• Collaborate on concept development, design refinement and production.
• Work independently on smaller projects and support product concept renders and image work.
• Provide accurate time estimates and meet agreed timelines.
• Maintain file management, reporting and assist with office system upkeep.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in graphic design (essential).
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar design role.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Solid understanding of current packaging design trends.

Required skills

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Basic knowledge of AI platforms used for static image creation and motion graphics.
