About the role

Early Start Australia is seeking experienced allied health and early childhood professionals to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary therapy team delivering life‑changing outcomes for children, young adults and families across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and guide therapy supports to achieve meaningful participant outcomes.
• Collaborate with families, educators, therapists and service providers to create seamless support experiences.
• Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork across Early Start Australia.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and advocate for participants' needs.
• Support high‑quality, person‑centred service delivery and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience within disability, health, education or early intervention sectors.
• Strong clinical reasoning and case management capabilities.
• Experience coordinating supports across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commitment to delivering person‑centred, evidence‑informed services.
