IT Support Specialist, APAC

About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join its Enterprise IT Operations team in the APAC region. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality technical support for software and hardware across Windows, Linux and Apple platforms while ensuring a smooth end‑user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site and remote technical support for software and hardware, handling tickets in Jira Service Management.
• Manage license administration for end‑user software such as Adobe and Lucid.
• Deploy, recover, maintain and track IT hardware, including inventory and asset management.
• Perform Windows, Linux and Apple computer management and create knowledge articles and SOPs.
• Participate in operational improvements, project work and a weekly on‑call rotation, with travel to Melbourne and Canberra offices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, customer‑focused and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance.

Required skills

• Windows, Linux and macOS operating systems.
• Endpoint management tools such as SCCM, Jamf, Kace or Workspace One.
• Ticketing and ITSM platforms – Jira Service Management (or similar).
• Software licensing management for applications like Adobe and Lucid.
• Documentation platforms – Confluence, Quip, OneNote, SharePoint.
• Identity and access management tools – Okta (or similar).
• Experience with video‑conferencing hardware and Zoom.
