Investment Strategy and Transactions Manager

About the role

Scyne Advisory is seeking an Investment Strategy and Transactions Manager to join its Commercial, Financial and Infrastructure Advisory team. You will work on high‑impact public‑purpose projects across transport, energy, defence, water and social infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of commercial and financial advisory engagements across multiple sectors.
• Develop comprehensive financial models, procurement strategies and commercial frameworks for major investment cases.
• Manage business and investment cases to inform major transaction decisions.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, client relationships and thought leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure high standards of delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in commercial or financial advisory roles within infrastructure or related industries.
• Strong commercial acumen, ability to communicate with senior government and C‑suite stakeholders.
• Growth mindset, collaborative nature and commitment to integrity and diversity.
