Internal Sales Representative – Customer Service & Account Management

About the role
As an Internal Sales Representative you will be the primary point of contact for a major account, handling quotations, order processing and delivering exceptional customer service. The role blends sales support with technical product knowledge to ensure customers receive accurate solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email and in‑person interactions.
- Process customer orders, quotes and inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Support the external sales team by preparing quotes, product information and assisting with customer accounts.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or sales.
- Experience with industrial products such as rotary seals, gaskets, or mechanical/hydraulic seals is advantageous.
- Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and work collaboratively as a team player.
Required skills
- Intermediate computer proficiency.
- Knowledge of rotary seals, gaskets and mechanical/hydraulic sealing products.
