Internal Sales Officer - Customer Experience Sales & Onboarding

About the role

Veolia ANZ is looking for a Customer Experience Sales & Onboarding Consultant to join its team in Keysborough. The role suits someone with a passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets, playing a key part in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer sales and retention calls and emails
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
• Manage customer queries covering operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases and complaints

Required profile

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is required
• Waste industry experience or similar is desired but not essential
• A supportive, ambitious team player who is determined to meet their KPIs
• Resilient, tenacious, reliable and with a strong work ethic
• Shortlisted candidates must agree to a pre-employment medical check including drug and alcohol screening, and a National Police Clearance
