Internal Sales – Electrical Wholesaler

About the role

An Adelaide electrical wholesaler is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Internal Sales Person to join its team. The role is based in the suburbs of Adelaide, works closely with the team and reports to the Branch Manager. It is a full-time position with an attractive salary package.

Key responsibilities

• Record customer information and compile orders accurately for collection and delivery
• Maintain inventory control and upkeep of all plant and equipment
• Handle showroom warehouse operations and merchandising
• Provide customer service and handle sales
• Manage administration and quality systems
• Ensure goods received are placed in stock on the same day

Required profile

• Ability to identify solutions and a collaborative approach to business
• Strong customer service focus and excellent merchandising standards
• Professional phone manner and very good computer literacy
• Team player with the ability to cold call
• Electrical industry knowledge is an advantage
