Inside Sales Representative – Japanese Speaker

About the role

TeamViewer is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who is fluent in Japanese to join its Adelaide office. You will work in a fast‑growing B2B SaaS environment, contacting prospects, presenting solutions and helping customers adopt remote‑connectivity technology.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential clients daily using assigned leads and opportunities.
• Provide online demonstrations and tailored solution proposals.
• Respond promptly to email inquiries and issue quotes.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly revenue targets set by the Inside Sales Team Manager.
• Process written requests and conduct needs‑analysis to identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluent in Japanese (including KEIGO) with business‑level English.
• At least two years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Technology‑industry experience is desirable.
• Ability to conduct a needs analysis and customise solutions.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Windows® operating system.
• General technology knowledge.
