Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound enquiries from tradie owners about the platform.
• Convert warm leads into confirmed bookings through consultative, solution‑focused selling.
• Provide exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow structured sales processes.
• Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly conversion and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer outcomes and platform experience.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, call centre, customer service, or inbound/outbound phone‑based roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Confident, resilient and motivated by targets and performance‑based outcomes.
• Ability to multitask and manage a fast‑paced inbound sales environment.
• Customer‑first mindset with strong problem‑solving ability.

Required skills

• Comfortable working with CRM systems and structured workflows.
