Inbound Sales Representative

About the role

As an Inbound Sales Representative you will engage exclusively with high‑intent customers who have already reached out or expressed interest in Plenti’s fintech lending services. You will focus on building relationships, delivering a seamless experience and guiding customers through the loan application process.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a pipeline of inbound enquiries, progressing applications to funded loans.
• Use a customer‑focused approach to understand needs, explain options clearly and address questions.
• Engage customers via phone, email, SMS and live chat to drive conversion.
• Proactively re‑engage warm leads and stalled applications to maximise opportunities.
• Deliver personalised experiences while maintaining responsible lending and compliance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, capture insights and escalate complex cases.
• Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and improve performance.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in a customer‑focused or sales role (call centre, retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust, influence decisions and close opportunities.
• Detail‑oriented with a compliance‑first mindset.
• Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
