Inbound Sales Consultant – Sales Development Representative

About the role

The company is an Australian‑owned, ASX‑listed technology leader seeking an Inbound Sales Consultant to join its fast‑growing sales team. You will engage with prospects who contact the platform, explain key benefits, and guide them through the sign‑up process.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to respond to enquiries promptly.
• Communicate the platform’s value proposition, address objections, and build rapport with potential clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and sales targets, including closing new accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a phone‑based sales or telemarketing role with a focus on high call volumes.
• Strong resilience, high energy, and a team‑player attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Comfortable reaching out to new customers and converting enquiries into sales.
