In-Room Dining Attendant

About the role

Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, Sydney's first international 5-star hotel, is looking for a passionate In-Room Dining Attendant to join its Food & Beverage team. This guest-facing role delivers in-room dining experiences that reflect the hotel's luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, attentive and efficient food and beverage service to all guests
• Deliver prompt, courteous in-room dining service, including order delivery, presentation, billing and timely tray/trolley clearance
• Ensure food and beverages are delivered and presented in a timely, polished manner
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming environment
• Assist with tray set up, floor checks and delivering amenities
• Support opening and closing duties as required

Required profile

• Valid RSA or willingness to obtain one
• Previous experience in a high-volume hotel or premium restaurant is highly desirable
• Positive, personable and adaptable under pressure, always ready to support team members
• Available to work a rotating schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Full working rights in Australia are required
