Implementation Manager – ANZ

About the role

The Implementation Manager will act as the technical expert delivering Worldpay payment solutions to merchants across Australia and New Zealand. This customer‑facing position requires end‑to‑end project ownership, from integration design through post‑live monitoring, while collaborating with account teams and global technical groups.

Key responsibilities

• Lead merchant integrations with the Worldpay suite, designing accounts, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting incidents.
• Define project scope, maintain detailed project plans, run regular stakeholder meetings and monitor risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Deliver product demos and training sessions to maximise merchant value.
• Stay informed on payment processing trends, security standards and emerging web/mobile technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing technical integration projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and independent working abilities.
• Ability to capture customer requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Required skills

• Web development: CSS, HTML, JavaScript.
• Programming: PHP.NET, Java, C, C++.
• Database: Oracle, SQL.
• Server log analysis using Splunk.
