ICT Support Officer

About the role

Stream Services, a registered NDIS provider operating across Queensland, is looking for an experienced ICT Support Officer. The role combines hands‑on technical assistance with strategic input to keep the organisation’s ICT environment stable, secure and continuously improving.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑level ICT support remotely and on‑site, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity and access issues.
• Set up, configure and maintain laptops, mobile devices, peripherals and related equipment.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts, permissions, security settings and device integration.
• Maintain Mobile Device Management solutions such as Microsoft Intune.
• Support cybersecurity, data protection, user access controls and system reliability.
• Monitor and improve the availability, usability and effectiveness of ICT services.
• Develop and maintain clear ICT documentation, procedures and user guides.
• Recommend hardware, software and system improvements aligned with business needs.
• Identify and implement workflow automation using Power Automate and system integration.
• Travel to regional and remote locations to support ICT infrastructure and staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an ICT support, service desk or systems support role.
• Experience supporting and administering Windows‑based environments.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Ability to troubleshoot common hardware, software and connectivity issues.
