Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

This position supports multiple construction projects, focusing on workforce planning and partnering with project managers to meet current and future staffing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers on workforce requirements and coordinate employee movement between projects.
• Provide HR advice, coaching, and manage employee relations and performance matters.
• Conduct weekly site visits, build relationships with project teams, and facilitate training.
• Support annual performance reviews and collaborate with the Talent team on recruitment.

Required profile

• Solid generalist HR experience with confidence in partnering directly with managers.
• Exposure to employee relations and performance management.
• Experience in construction, property, engineering, infrastructure or similar project‑based environments is advantageous.
