About the role

JBS Pork Australia (formerly Rivalea), Australia's leading integrated agri-food company supplying pork to domestic and export markets, is recruiting an HR Graduate based in Port Melbourne. The role provides administrative and project support across the Human Resources function and offers exposure to HR projects, talent acquisition, workplace health and safety, learning and development, employee relations and injury management.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR projects, employee communications, HR systems, records management, policy updates and general administration.
• Assist with employee engagement and recognition initiatives, organisational documentation, company vehicles and housing administration.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job advertising, interview scheduling, candidate management and onboarding.
• Provide administrative support for learning and development programs, training coordination and compliance records.
• Assist with WHS initiatives, safety records, incident reporting and compliance systems.
• Support workers' compensation and injury management, including claim administration, record keeping and return-to-work activities.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop across multiple HR disciplines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general systems.
