HR Business Partner

About the role

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Site HR Business Partner to join its Northgate manufacturing team. This highly visible, site‑based role works closely with the Site Leadership Team, frontline leaders and employees to deliver the people strategy and support business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Site Leadership and people leaders to align HR priorities with business strategy and operational goals.
• Provide trusted HR advice, coaching and support on employee relations, performance, attendance, capability and people management matters.
• Build strong relationships with frontline employees and leaders through a visible, approachable onsite presence.
• Support the delivery of Kraft Heinz Manufacturing System (KHMS) people initiatives and site routines.
• Use people insights and data to inform decision‑making and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to achieve effective hiring outcomes for the site.
• Drive talent development, succession planning, engagement initiatives and performance processes.
• Work with HR Centres of Excellence to implement key people programs and initiatives.

Required profile

• Experienced HR professional thriving in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex setting.
• Strong employee‑relations background with confidence coaching leaders.
• Experience supporting blue‑collar or manufacturing workforces (highly desirable).
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills and ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Practical, solutions‑focused approach balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
• Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR systems and data analytics to support decision‑making.
