HR Advisor – Mining Operations (FIFO)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our People & Culture team on an 8/6 roster, FIFO from Perth to Roy Hill Mine. This generalist position supports both processing and mining teams, providing practical people solutions across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and coaching to leaders on employee relations, workforce initiatives and people processes.
• Support leaders and employees through performance, development and employee relations stages.
• Build leadership capability by guiding use of HR systems, policies and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong generalist HR background with experience in mining, engineering, construction or similar heavy‑industry FIFO environments.
• Deep knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, communicate effectively and adapt in a fast‑paced operational setting.

Required skills

• Experience with SuccessFactors (highly desirable).
