HR Advisor

About the role

Eptec Infrastructure is seeking an HR Advisor to join the People & Culture team. You will provide hands‑on HR support across employee relations, engagement, recruitment, administration and workforce development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR advice and support to managers and employees, including handling grievances, investigations and performance management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding and workforce planning, and maintain employee records, HRIS data and contracts.
• Interpret employment conditions, Awards and Enterprise Agreements, and coordinate training records, skills matrices and compliance requirements.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, performance reviews, HR reporting, audits and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of practical HR experience in a similar, operationally focused role.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HR systems/HRIS.
