Houseperson – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Houseperson to join the Housekeeping team at The Langham, Gold Coast. This full‑time position supports the smooth operation of guest rooms and service areas by handling linen, supplies and guest deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and organise guest linen and supplies, restocking service areas and housekeeping pantries.
• Assist with delivery of guest supplies to rooms, providing personalised service.
• Complete assigned jobs systematically, moving from room to room and prioritising tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, pantries and trolleys, ensuring work areas are free of safety hazards.
• Perform tasks safely and efficiently to uphold high standards of cleanliness, productivity and service.

Required profile

• Customer service experience with good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
• Availability to work evenings, rotating roster and public holidays.
• Australian work rights (no sponsorship available).
