Housekeeping Attendant - Part-Time

About the role

Sofitel Melbourne on Collins, a 5-star luxury hotel in the city centre, is looking for dedicated, detail-oriented and professional Housekeeping Attendants to join its team. You will help create an outstanding guest experience by keeping guest rooms, suites and public areas clean and presented to the highest luxury standards. The position is part-time.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms and suites to 5-star standards.
• Change bed linens, replenish amenities and maintain room presentation.
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Report maintenance issues and lost property according to hotel procedures.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and other hotel departments.

Required profile

• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
• Ability to anticipate and focus on guest needs, being professional and welcoming.
• Excellent organisational skills and time management.
