Hotel All‑Rounder – Front Office & Service Support

About the role

Join ibis Styles Sydney Central, a vibrant hotel in the heart of Surry Hills and Oxford Street. As a full‑time Hotel All‑Rounder you will rotate across Front Office, Mee So, and breakfast service, gaining hands‑on experience in daily hotel operations while delivering memorable guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service from check‑in to check‑out, acting as the first point of contact.
• Assist guests with self‑check‑in kiosks and promote Accor Live Limitless (ALL) loyalty enrolments.
• Prepare coffees and beverages, promote hotel facilities, and maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Perform a variety of tasks across multiple departments, ensuring each day is different.

Required profile

• Previous customer‑service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office; experience with OPERA Cloud is a plus.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, multitask and resolve guest concerns.
• Excellent communication, professional presentation and a genuine passion for guest experience.
• Valid NSW RSA or willingness to obtain one before start.
