Hospitality Couple - Housekeeping and Food & Beverage

About the role

NRMA Parks & Resorts is looking for an enthusiastic couple to join its team at the Cradle Mountain Hotel in Tasmania, with one position in Housekeeping and one in Food & Beverage. Accommodation is available, and staff meals or a meals package are referenced in the internal materials.

Key responsibilities

• Housekeeping: clean and service guest rooms and public areas, help maintain linen, cleaning supplies and housekeeping areas, and present rooms with a good eye for detail.
• Food & Beverage: welcome guests and deliver friendly service, provide table service, assist with restaurant set-up and reset, and process orders and doctets including cashiering duties.

Required profile

• Together, previous housekeeping/cleaning and food & beverage experience.
• A positive, can-do attitude and great customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a busy team and flexibility to pitch in where needed.
• For Food & Beverage, a current RSA may be required depending on duties.
