Healthcare Operations Specialist – Remote (up to $120/hr)

About the role
Mercor is seeking a Healthcare Operations Specialist to evaluate AI‑generated artifacts in a fully remote capacity. You will apply your deep knowledge of healthcare operations to ensure the quality and accuracy of documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks produced by AI models.
Key responsibilities
- Assess AI‑generated content against domain‑specific quality rubrics.
- Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in various file types.
- Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve model outputs.
- Leverage subject‑matter expertise in healthcare operations to grade and score outputs.
- Work independently and asynchronously, meeting deadlines and contributing to model performance enhancements.
Required profile
- 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare operations.
- Native or professional fluency in English.
- Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution (preferred).
