Health & Safety Graduate Program 2027

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking enthusiastic graduates to join its 2027 Health & Safety Graduate Program. You will work on construction projects across Australia and New Zealand, supporting the delivery of sustainable infrastructure while gaining hands‑on experience in health and safety management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with health and safety planning and implementation on active construction sites.
• Support risk assessments, incident investigations and safety audits.
• Participate in site inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Help develop and update safety procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to promote a safe working environment.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives linked to infrastructure projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Health & Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science or a related field.
• Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand.
• Graduated within the last three years (2024‑2026).
• Willingness to travel and work on construction sites locally, regionally and interstate.
• Strong interest in sustainable development and infrastructure.

Required skills

• No specific technical tools are mandated; candidates should demonstrate a willingness to learn industry‑standard safety practices.
