About the role
Join iSelect in Melbourne CBD as a Health Insurance Sales Consultant, helping customers compare and choose suitable health cover. You will work with warm leads, no cold calling, and have uncapped earning potential.
Key responsibilities
- Understand customers' needs and clearly explain health insurance options.
- Assist customers in comparing plans and selecting appropriate coverage.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Continuously develop product knowledge through coaching and feedback.
Required profile
- Enjoy talking to people and motivated by goals and earnings.
- Willing to learn health insurance products and apply knowledge in sales.
- Open to full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday work schedule.
What we offer
- Salary $70,000 AUD (including super) from day one, rising to $110,000 AUD with progression.
- Uncapped monthly commission and twice‑yearly salary reviews.
