About the role

The practice is seeking an experienced Health Architect to join its Brisbane studio. You will work on complex healthcare projects from concept through delivery, collaborating with senior leaders, clients and consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate design ideas for healthcare environments.
• Lead design discussions and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
• Contribute to strategic project thinking and turn complex briefs into functional spaces.
• Mentor junior staff and support client relationship development.

Required profile

• Solid experience delivering healthcare projects within an architectural practice.
• Strong design instincts and ability to present ideas clearly.
• Confidence working with complex briefs and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Interest in how healthcare environments are evolving.

Required skills

• Experience with architectural documentation and construction phases.
• Understanding of technical and regulatory considerations for healthcare facilities.
