Senior Contract Administrator

About the role

You will join a site or project team as a Senior Contract Administrator, working closely with the Project Manager to drive contract and financial management from start to finish on a variety of residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage subcontractor procurement, scopes, and letting.
• Negotiate and finalise contracts and supplier agreements.
• Track project costs and assist with monthly financial reporting.
• Administer variations, progress claims, and payment schedules.
• Maintain RFI registers and support project documentation workflows.
• Liaise with consultants, engineers, and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Contract Administrator on projects valued at $10M+.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
