Head of Social Media & Content

About the role

Front of House is seeking a senior leader to shape and execute the social media and content strategy for its hospitality, lifestyle and consumer brand clients. You will direct a multidisciplinary team, ensuring every piece of work is strategically sound, culturally relevant and delivered to the highest creative standard.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the social media and content department across all accounts, mentoring leads, specialists, juniors and freelancers.
• Design and optimise workflow structures to improve operational efficiency and meet agency standards.
• Oversee social media strategy, approve content calendars, campaign concepts and creative direction.
• Conduct brainstorming sessions for launches, campaigns, activations and ongoing content.
• Manage high‑level client communication, run strategy workshops and handle escalations.
• Supervise content shoots, production schedules and collaborate with photographers, videographers and designers.
• Review performance reports, analyse trends and provide data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in social media and content for agency environments.
• Strong ability to balance high‑level strategy with hands‑on execution.
• Excellent client‑facing skills and a track record of growing accounts.
• Demonstrated talent for mentoring teams and improving processes.
