Head of Product Management – Payments & Transaction Solutions

About the role

The Head of Product Management will lead ANZ's Payments & Transaction Solutions portfolio, shaping global strategy and delivering market‑leading digital products. Reporting to senior leadership, this role combines product governance, commercial enablement and portfolio management to drive growth across institutional, corporate and commercial banking segments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global vision, strategy and commercial performance for Payments & Transaction Solutions.
• Own and evolve the end‑to‑end product roadmap, balancing customer needs, regulatory changes and emerging technologies.
• Identify new growth opportunities, strategic partnerships and ecosystem initiatives to strengthen ANZ's competitive position.
• Lead development, commercialization and lifecycle management of market‑leading payments and transaction solutions.
• Maintain full P&L accountability, driving revenue growth, cost discipline and investment prioritisation.
• Collaborate closely with Technology, Sales, Operations, Risk and Finance to ensure resilient, compliant and differentiated client experiences.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in product management, preferably within payments or digital financial services.
• Proven track record of setting and delivering global product strategy and commercial outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams across technology, risk, sales and operations.
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and enterprise priorities in the banking sector.
