Head of Marketing

About the role

Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Marketing will shape and execute Chargrill Charlie’s marketing strategy, driving brand growth, customer engagement and commercial performance across the restaurant network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of brand, customer acquisition and loyalty strategies, translating insights into actionable plans.
• Own the annual marketing, promotional and retail calendar, identifying growth opportunities across restaurant, catering, delivery and digital channels.
• Manage a small marketing team, collaborating with Operations, Supply Chain and Franchise Partners on menu launches, promotions and community initiatives.
• Oversee marketing budgets, campaign performance and agency relationships to maximise ROI.

Required profile

• Proven senior marketing leadership experience in hospitality, QSR, retail or a consumer‑facing brand.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of turning customer and market insights into measurable growth.
• Ability to influence franchise partners, senior leaders and external agencies.
• People‑leadership skills with experience balancing strategic direction and hands‑on execution.
