Head of Growth

About the role

Wingman Creative is seeking a Head of Growth to lead new‑business development, build pipelines and win pitches for a rapidly expanding creative agency. Working closely with the General Manager, you will shape the agency’s growth strategy and drive profitable client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a proactive new‑business pipeline across mid‑market, scale‑up and enterprise clients.
• Lead discovery meetings, craft strategic proposals and deliver compelling pitches to senior marketing and business leaders.
• Represent Wingman Creative at industry events, networking functions and roadshows.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to develop competitive proposals, rate cards, scopes of work and service agreements.
• Own the commercial front‑end of new business, ensuring pricing, resourcing and margins are aligned before contracts are signed.

Required profile

• Commercially sharp with a proven track record of winning new business in an agency environment.
• Experience in senior new‑business, growth or business‑development roles within creative, digital, media or integrated marketing agencies.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders, ask the right questions and negotiate expectations confidently.
• Ambitious, proactive and comfortable creating opportunities where none exist.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of agency commercials, rate cards, scoping, pricing and profitability.
• Experience developing agency pitches, proposals and new‑business presentations.
• Familiarity with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, TikTok, Meta and Canva.
