Senior Campaigns Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Campaigns Specialist to turn commercial goals into measurable campaigns across the entire customer journey, from first awareness to long‑term value. You will own strategy, planning, execution and performance analysis to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Australian campaign strategy, aligning each campaign with revenue priorities and seasonal farming events.
• Manage inbound lead targets, work with Global Performance Marketing on paid social testing and optimisation.
• Integrate scattered activities (field days, partner events, regional pushes) into cohesive, full‑funnel campaigns.
• Plan, launch and manage campaigns end‑to‑end, adjusting tactics based on data and performance.
• Prioritise initiatives that move revenue, making hard decisions to pause or cancel under‑performing campaigns.
• Plan and purchase regional media (rural press, radio, outdoor, sponsorships) and measure ROI.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience owning campaign outcomes and analysing results.
• Data‑driven, commercially minded with a focus on revenue impact.
• Full‑funnel mindset, caring for both new acquisition and existing farmer growth.
• Natural connector who can align sales, partnerships and global teams around a single plan.
• Hands‑on with media buying and paid social execution.
• Organised, comfortable with ambiguity and able to run multiple campaigns simultaneously.
