Senior Producer

About the role

GPJ is seeking a Senior Producer to lead end‑to‑end delivery of high‑quality, innovative production outputs for B2B client briefs. You will manage projects from ideation through reconciliation, working both autonomously and collaboratively across digital, content, live, registration, strategy and creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support project teams through planning, creative development and execution, ensuring timelines, budgets and compliance are met.
• Administer project documentation, purchase orders, vendor set‑ups, budget tracking and reporting.
• Mentor and manage team members, sharing expertise and fostering growth.
• Maintain proactive client relationships through clear communication, presentations and client entertainment.
• Source and negotiate with vendors and third‑party suppliers to achieve quality and cost efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Minimum nine years of event experience in a B2B or corporate environment.
• At least five years in a producer role with proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong financial acumen, budget management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a detail‑oriented, process‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with project management software.
