Head of Finance

About the role

The Head of Finance will lead Nexifi’s financial function, overseeing reporting, forecasting and strategic planning. Reporting directly to the Group Managing Director, this senior position is part of the executive management team and drives financial performance across the technology consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and analyse financial statements and management reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management cycles.
• Provide data‑driven insights to support strategic decision‑making and resource allocation.
• Evaluate project profitability and implement financial controls and policies.
• Manage relationships with external accountants, advisors and regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance operations in a technology or professional services environment.
• Strong background in financial statements, reporting and executive presentations.
• Advanced analytical ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., finance, accounting) with professional certification such as CPA, CA or CFA preferred.
