- Design evaluation approaches that measure learning outcomes, capability uplift and business impact, and use insights to refine programmes.
Required profile
- Demonstrated leadership experience in capability development, learning and development, organisational development or a similar strategic HR or talent function, ideally across multiple business areas.
- Proven ability to design and deliver technical learning or capability programmes from concept to implementation.
- Experience working across matrixed organisations and engaging a wide range of stakeholders.
- Well-developed communication, analytical and project management skills, able to manage competing priorities.
What stands out
- Experience in risk, compliance or financial services, or another regulated environment.
- Background in curriculum design, competency modelling or enterprise capability frameworks.
- Use of digital learning platforms, blended delivery or technology-enabled learning solutions.
Marsh is committed to hybrid work, with colleagues expected in their local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week. Only candidates approved to work in Australia will be considered, and successful applicants must complete a criminal and bankruptcy check before starting.
