Head of Controlling – Finance Leader

About the role

Bosch Rexroth is looking for a Head of Controlling to lead financial strategy across Australia. Reporting to the Regional Commercial Director, you will act as a strategic business partner, providing financial intelligence that drives growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Advise executive management with analysis, forecasts and recommendations for Australia‑wide strategic planning.
• Oversee internal budgeting, forecasting, cost control and performance analysis for all Australian operations.
• Manage external financial statement preparation and ensure compliance with AASB and IFRS standards.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and performance reports for all business units.
• Continuously improve financial systems and processes, leveraging SAP FI/CO.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of seven finance and controlling professionals.

Required profile

• CPA or CA qualification (mandatory).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in controlling or senior finance leadership, preferably in a multinational or industrial environment.
• Proven track record of leading finance teams and acting as a business partner.
• Deep knowledge of Australian accounting standards (AASB/IFRS) and best financial practices.
