Head of Brand and Marketing

About the role

As the founder’s second‑in‑command, you will be NIRO Brands’ first marketing hire, shaping the brand and business from the ground up. You’ll own marketing for three national brands while building the team, processes and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Set marketing and brand strategy, plans and annual activation calendar for ZIIP, CURBi and ILURA.
• Lead campaign development from brief to execution for key seasonal moments.
• Brief and manage social, content and PR agency partners.
• Plan and manage brand budgets with clear ROI and data‑driven allocation.
• Design and run sampling, event and community activations across gyms, sport, pharmacy and wellness communities.
• Build and execute social, creator and UGC strategy.
• Help design the brand and marketing org structure, hiring plan and ways of working.
• Recruit and lead a marketing team, starting with a marketing executive or intern.

Required profile

• Ready to build the marketing function from scratch and shape brand direction.
• Comfortable working hands‑on across agency briefs, activations and international travel.
