Head Chef - Parap Tavern

About the role

The Parap Tavern is described as the heart of its local community, serving pub classics alongside dishes locals love. Endeavour Group is looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen, a full-time position based in Parap, Northern Territory.

Key responsibilities

• Run the kitchen smoothly, safely and profitably
• Work closely with the Publican and the front-of-house team
• Help build a high-performing kitchen team
• Keep the link between kitchen and front of house strong, with good food every shift

Required profile

• Hands-on role involving manual handling and lifting of stock, kegs and deliveries; applicants must be able to perform these tasks safely and efficiently
• Trade cooking qualifications and food safety certifications
• Experience, confidence and pride in owning the kitchen
