About the role
We are looking for a Handpiece & Small Equipment Technician to join our small team in Noosa. You will assess, diagnose, quote, repair and test dental handpieces and small equipment, helping customers keep their practices running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose faults, identify repair requirements and prepare work orders.
- Repair, test and service dental handpieces and small equipment.
- Manage multiple repair cases daily and respond to customer enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records using Salesforce and other business systems.
- Work towards quality, productivity and turnaround time targets.
Required profile
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent hand‑eye coordination and fine motor skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude, growth mindset and willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems (preferred).
