Guest Experience Lead (Part‑Time / Full‑Time)

About the role

The Guest Experience Lead ensures every guest receives a high-quality, inclusive in-store experience. Working on the floor, you will provide technical product education, drive sales performance, and support the store leadership team in achieving daily targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the lululemon guest experience framework by leading from the floor and providing personalized product education.
• Assess guest connections continuously and step in to assist when team members are unavailable.
• Prepare the store for guest readiness and maintain operational excellence throughout each shift.
• Open and close the store according to established procedures.
• Analyze daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, performance evaluations, and staffing decisions.

• Proven experience in a retail environment with a focus on customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive sales results.
