About the role
Daniel’s Donuts is seeking a commercially‑savvy National Account Manager to expand its presence across Australia’s grocery, convenience and foodservice channels. Reporting to the Head of Wholesale, you will drive strategic partnerships and open new national opportunities for one of the country’s fastest‑growing bakery brands.
Key responsibilities
- Grow and strengthen key national and Victorian accounts in retail, grocery and convenience.
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans that deliver mutual growth.
- Identify and act on sales opportunities faster than competitors.
- Negotiate commercial deals, promotions and range extensions.
- Analyse sales data, category trends and promotional results to inform growth strategies.
- Build strong relationships with buyers, category managers and decision‑makers.
- Generate a high‑performing sales pipeline across FMCG, grocery, convenience, foodservice and emerging retail channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations and supply‑chain teams to launch new initiatives.
- Represent Daniel’s Donuts at trade shows, customer meetings and industry events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer opportunities to shape national growth strategy.
Required profile
- Proven experience in FMCG, grocery, convenience or retail sales.
- Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute joint business plans.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience analysing sales and category data.
- Strategic thinker with a growth‑focused attitude.
